Berthing Coordination: The port director designates a suitable docking position based on the type of ship and cargo.
Ship Departure Procedures
Electronic Declaration: Shipowners or agents must submit departure details through the national single-window system.
Information Verification: The port authority inspects the ship’s condition, cargo, and ensures compliance with maritime safety, quarantine, and environmental regulations.
Departure Authorization: Once all requirements are fulfilled, ships receive an electronic departure permit.

Gemalink Port – Located in the Cái Mép - Thị Vải area, capable of accommodating the world’s largest container ships, with a capacity of up to 232,000 DWT.
