Terms and Conditions

  • Applies to all orders across the country.
  • Standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
  • If your order experiences any damage during transit, please report it within 24 hours of receipt for prompt resolution.

Note:

  • To qualify for free shipping, orders must comply with company standards regarding quantity and total value.
  • The company is not responsible for any errors caused by third-party shipping agents if the customer chooses to use a shipping unit outside of the company's regulations.

2. Warranty Policy

T&T Home stands behind its silicone sealant products with the following comprehensive warranty terms:

Warranty Duration

  • Outdoor projects: 15-year warranty. We guarantee the product's adhesion, crack resistance, and peeling resistance when used as directed.
  • Indoor projects: 20-year warranty, covering adhesion and durability issues in interior applications.

Warranty Conditions

  • Products must be installed and used per the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Warranty coverage excludes damages caused by mechanical impact, natural disasters, fire, or improper usage

Warranty Process

  • Customers can reach out to our customer service department to initiate a warranty claim.
  • Our team of qualified technicians will inspect the product and process your warranty request within 7 days.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

T&T Home’s return and exchange policy enables a hassle-free experience under the following conditions:

Eligible Return and Exchange Cases:

1. Products with manufacturing defects: Technical errors or quality issues that have been certified by the company's Quality Control Department.

2. Products not matching the order: Customers receive products that do not match the original order (model, color, quantity).

3. Products damaged during transportation: Products are broken or damaged due to errors from the company's shipping agent during delivery.

Return and Exchange Process

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Please provide evidence of the product defect (images, videos) for verification.
  • Following confirmation of the issue, you will receive either a replacement product or a full refund.

Note:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products that have been used or damaged due to external factors caused by the customer.
  • The company will bear the shipping costs for the return and exchange process.

4. Payment Methods

T&T Home offers flexible payment options designed to meet the needs of our customers

For Level 1 Agents:

  • A 50% advance payment is required prior to delivery, with the remaining 50% payable upon placing the next order. This structure enables dealers to efficiently manage cash flow.

  • We provide special discount policies tailored for substantial construction projects utilizing T&T Home silicone sealants, aimed at optimizing costs and enhancing project profitability.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank Transfer: Convenient for all transactions, ensuring quick and secure processing.
  • Cash Payment: Suitable for low-value orders or direct deliveries.
