  • Multi-stage grate incinerator (Martin, Germany), compliant with Vietnamese Standard QCVN 61-MT/2016/BTNMT and EU 2010 emission standards.
  • Closed-loop leachate treatment system (reused within the plant); ash residue repurposed as construction materials.

• Construction Start: November 2021.
• Trial Operation: From September 1, 2023, to February 18, 2024, processed 43,423 tons of waste and generated 14.6 million kWh of electricity.
• Official Operation: Initially planned for March 2024, inaugurated in April 2024.
